Device doesn’t appear in the app

First, ensure the iOS device has Bluetooth enabled. Second, ensure the pneuRUP app is given sufficient privileges to both connect to Bluetooth devices as well as to run in the background. Furthermore, ensure the target device is within 20 meters and powered. When connecting the blue LED on the pneuRIP device should be blinking when powered and solid blue once connected.

App intermittenly stops recording

Ensure the pneuRIP device has sufficient battery and is not too far away.
Ensure bands are properly connected and cable is fully mated to device. Futhermore, ensure bands and cable dont show signs of excessive wear. The app will automatically stop recording when a band is determined to be disconnected as a fail-safe feature.

Recording not showing up in History View

Recordings are only saved if at least 45 seconds of continuous data is captured (no band disconnect events).
